IPL DOES WORK!!! But you need to have treatments using a good quality machine, as not all of them are as effective as each other, and also with a good, experienced therapist. I have heard many stories of people being disappointed with the results or too frightened to even try the treatment, because of horror stories they have read in magazines. The answer, as always, is do your homework, ask the therapist lots of questions, look at their before and after results and if you are not satisfied with their answers look for someone else.
